We are fortunate to be living in a time where we can have open discussions about our mental health and physical wellbeing in menopause. More and more employers are offering benefits and support to their female workforce in midlife as they recognise the complexities and unpredictable nature of the this phase of life.

Corporate Workshops:

A survey of 1,000 women by Health and Her estimated that menopause costs the UK economy alone 14 million working days per year.
