Recently I had the pleasure of writing an article for Vegan Food and Living Magazine on one of my favourite subjects… the health benefits of intermittent fasting!

After hours of research as well as my own personal experience with various fasting techniques I personally believe it to be one of the most powerful tools for weight management, improving menopausal symptoms, gut health, physical ailments and general wellbeing. Intermittent fasting is an all round winner when it comes to improving health!
